Have your say on new health and care website

Tuesday, 1 April, sees the exciting start of the development of a new health and care website for residents living across the Frimley system*.

Plans have commenced to merge two existing websites to create a new unified website for Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS) and NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board (ICB). Designed to meet statutory requirements while ensuring easy navigation and accessibility, it will highlight local services, include reliable health resources and promote community events. Rather than providing general health advice, the website will streamline content, eliminating duplication of information already available on well-established platforms like NHS.uk. Its primary goal is to guide and connect the most relevant services and support in their community.

Bringing together the ICS and ICB websites, this modern digital space will reflect who we are as an organisation and what we do. It will support residents, staff, partners and communities by offering intuitive navigation, a fresh design that meets and exceeds accessibility standards, and seamless compatibility across all devices.

We want to actively engage with you, partners and residents throughout its development so we can ensure the new website is shaped by those who use it. This website will evolve alongside the needs of our organisation and the wider health system — remaining a trusted source of information now and into the future.

If you would like to have your say, please complete our short survey by 5pm on Friday, 25 April.
