Together our workforce will drive forward the transformation of our local integrated services, based upon the needs of local people and communities, and engaging with clinicians and other care professionals, staff and wider partners such as local government.
We are committed to providing a range of opportunities for staff from all organisations to benefit from training provided across the whole system which has been set up as part of the Leadership and Improvement Academy.
